fresh fruithot coffeewarm greeting
the breakfast selection had many options. i saw fresh fruit and hot coffee. the staff greeted me warmly. the hotel is near many attractions. it is also a short walk to the subway.
the tv selection seemed limited.

overcrowded breakfast arealate room cleaning
the breakfast area was overcrowded. it felt more like a cafeteria than a restaurant. the arrangement of tables made it difficult to move around, especially during peak hours. also, my room was not cleaned by 5 pm on two separate days during my five-night stay.
